Reception

Our reception is open daily from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Outside these hours, the best way to contact us is via email at hotel@mons-hotel.com or by SMS at +49 176 8110 6550.

Check-in

Your room will be available from 1:30 PM. If you are planning to arrive outside of our reception hours, please inform us in advance so we can provide you with all the necessary information for self check-in.

Check-out

On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

If you plan to leave before 8:30 AM, please let us know in advance so we can prepare your invoice the evening before.

Breakfast

We do not offer breakfast at the hotel. However, there are many cafés and bakeries nearby. A small café is also located within the hotel building. We especially recommend Café Kustermann with its large selection of cakes on Lindwurmstraße or Bäckerei Wimmer at Goetheplatz, which offers fresh pretzels from 6:00 AM.

Parking, Public Transportation

There is a limited number of parking spaces available in our underground garage. Please let us know in advance if you require a parking space. The parking fee is €12.00 per night. Alternatively, you can purchase a parking ticket at a nearby parking meter. The fee is €11.00 for 24 hours. The hotel has excellent public transport connections to the airport, central station, and trade fair, as the Goetheplatz underground station is located directly in front of the hotel.

Children and Extra Beds

Extra beds can be provided in some room categories. The fee for children up to 12 years is €15.00 per night. Adults: €30.00 per night. Baby cot: €5.00 per night.

Pets

Pets are very welcome. We charge a fee of €10.00 per night.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
